Yes, some rooms accommodate up to 8 guests. We can also book 2 rooms at once if more are needed- subject to room availability.

Since our service uses personal timeshares of persons who deposit them with us, there is no travel insurance with us directly. You should consider purchasing through a 3rd party if needed. Our services are only for room bookings- no transportation services.

If there is an issue with the resort reservation when you check in, please let us know if you need additional assistance above the assistance that the resort is providing. Typically, all support is provided by the resort directly since it will be booked under your name. Security deposit (if any) would be held by the resort in your name. The resort contact information is included on the booking confirmation.

Sobrino GlobalTrek cannot edit any reservations once booked. No refunds or changes can be accommodated on them once booking is confirmed. If you need any changes made, please reach out to the resort directly. Due to the nature of the bookings, changes may not be accommodated as most resorts are fully booked. We highly recommend your travel plans are confirmed before any reservations are made.

We accept payments in the form of Zelle or wire. Once payment is received, we can complete the booking. Some resorts fill up very quickly, especially within 120 days of booking. Please have payment available as soon as you decide on a vacation so we can process the payment/reservation before it is gone. We cannot hold inventory to purchase at a future date.

No, there is no timeshare presentation required. The inventory that is being used is from private owner collections. If you decide to attend a timeshare presentation while at the resort, that is completely up to you.

The majority of the resorts have not been directly visited by us. We can check on a specific destinations ranking at time of booking. We have resorts ranging from 3 stars to 5 stars+ depending upon location.
