Final Sale Policy:All timeshare rentals are sold as final sales. No refunds, date changes, property substitutions, or cancellations are permitted, regardless of reason, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, emergencies, or force majeure events.
Verification:After booking, you may receive confirmation documents directly from the resort or owner. It is your responsibility to verify reservation details with the property before travel.
